The US pharmaceutical company Pfizer has issued a warning about the dangers of the anti-impotence drug Viagra, and it said that it had “engaged in numerous drug-related lawsuits” over the drug’s use in treating pulmonary hypertension.

“The FDA, under the Hatch-Waxman Act, has found that Pfizer has engaged in several actions which fall within its own product liability claims that are not in accordance with law,” the company said in a statement.
